These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of summith.com and related website features operated under the Summith name. By using the website you agree to follow these terms, subject to rights and protections that applicable law makes mandatory. Additional contracts or service-specific terms may apply to paid services, courses, membership plans or investment arrangements, and those specific terms take precedence for their subject matter.

2. Website content and services

Summith offers information about entrepreneurship, African markets, opportunities, events, professional services, learning, membership and community activities. Availability, eligibility, programmes, venues, schedules and prices can change. A website description is not a guarantee that a particular service, event or opportunity remains available.

Service work is governed by the proposal, quotation, invoice or separate agreement accepted by the parties. Content on this website by itself does not establish a client-service relationship.

3. Accounts, access requests and membership

Visitors may request access to member content or submit a membership application. Approval is discretionary and subject to applicable membership rules, identity checks and any other stated requirements. Creating an enquiry does not create membership or confer investment rights.

Account holders must provide accurate details, keep login credentials and private links secure, and notify Summith about suspected unauthorised access. Admins may restrict or suspend access to protect the platform, enforce rules or comply with obligations, subject to applicable rights.

4. Appointments and consultations

Submitting the branded booking form reserves a preferred time for review. A booking request is not automatically an accepted or confirmed appointment. A Summith team member may approve, reschedule or cancel a request and will communicate relevant changes. Rescheduling links are intended only for the named recipient. Meeting format, attendance and any fees will be communicated separately if relevant.

5. Investment information and financial matters

Descriptions of share offerings, funding opportunities, markets, financial figures or potential returns are provided for general information and may not be suitable for your circumstances.
